Here at Nicolini srl, we directly project, develop and manufacture most of our products. Our main suppliers, in particular our foundries, are all European.
To guarantee our Clients complete satisfaction and all applicable Standards all our products undergo all needed tests: pressure tests, helium leakage tests, non destructive tests, etc.
All our valves are according ASME B 16.34 Standard and more important international ones: ASME B 16.25, ASME B 16.5, ASTM.
To optimize our valves thickness and sizes we dispose of advanced software that adopt the finite element analysis and a flow passage simulation.
We take great care to customize our products and adapt it to our Client’s best solution based on its plant and its requirements. Our Technical Department is at your complete disposal to help you to identify and choose the most suitable valve for your need.
Our valves are available in a wide variety of materials: Carbon Steel (including low temperature service), Stainless Steel, Duplex Stainless Steel, Nickel Alloys, Titanium & Titanium Alloys, Bronze and any other special material on request.
Non destructive examinations (Liquid Penetrant, Magnetic Particle, Radiography) and Helium Leakage tests are performed on samples during standard production and on customer request.
